Summary: Poor sound insulation. Alarms in the next room ringing for more than 30 minutes at 4 am. Called to front desk several times but no actions was taken. Disappointed on how they assist on this. Disturbing my rest. It occurs for 2 consecutive night. The shower hot water is inconsistent. Hot water seems insufficient and switching between hot and cold water in about every 30 second. Very annoying during shower. Need to constantly adjusting the water to avoid from getting burnt or too cold water.
